DELIVERY


9.1 Order Preparation Time

COSMOPARIS reserves the right to subcontract all or part of the order preparation and shipment to a third-party service provider.
All products sold by COSMOPARIS are considered in stock, and orders are prepared within 48 business hours from the first business day following the registration of the order in accordance with the GTC. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

All timeframes mentioned on the Site are considered net deadlines.

The ordered product will be delivered to the address indicated on the order form as the "delivery" address.

In case of an input error, such as an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, COSMOPARIS cannot be held responsible for any delays or inability to deliver. Any costs related to reshipping products due to a client input error will be the sole responsibility of the client.

9.2 Delivery Timeframes

COSMOPARIS reserves the right to choose the most suitable shipping method depending on the product, its weight, and volume, which the Client acknowledges and accepts.

Delivery timeframes cannot exceed 30 business days from the date of payment validation by the Client.

Delivery times are not guaranteed in cases of force majeure as defined by law and case law. Delivery times do not include any payment verification procedures that may delay shipment.

Delivery times start from the registration of the order. The expected delivery date is displayed on the order and on each product page. This timeframe corresponds to an average delivery time within Continental France. In case of absence, the Client is responsible for collecting the product from the relevant services.

9.3 Delivery Tracking

The Client can track their order at any time using the order number provided in the confirmation email and in their "My Account" section on the Site.

This space allows precise tracking for each shipping method regarding order status, shipment, and delivery.

Since communication between the Client and the Site is primarily via email, the Client must provide a valid and regularly updated email address. COSMOPARIS cannot be held responsible for issues caused by an incorrect or outdated email address.

9.4 Delivery Areas

Delivery is available to:
Metropolitan France, European Zone, Worldwide

9.5 Specific Delivery Methods

Product deliveries are handled by Colissimo, Mondial Relay, and FedEx, depending on postal size regulations.

When a product meets postal size requirements, the Client can choose between pickup at a Relay Point or home delivery via Colissimo.

After selecting the shipping method and before payment, the Site will display an order summary per shipping method, showing eligible products and the option chosen by the Client. Shipping costs will be displayed before payment.

Once the order is ready for shipment, the Client will receive an email for each part of the order by the agreed shipping method.

  ⇒  Pickup at Relay Point:

COSMOPARIS provides the Client with the names and addresses of professional Relay Points near the chosen delivery location. The Client can check opening hours.

Upon arrival at the Relay Point, the Client has 14 calendar days to pick up the package with Colissimo and 8 days with Mondial Relay. Otherwise, the order will be returned to COSMOPARIS, which will resend it at the Client's expense. If there is no response within 7 days of the reminder email, COSMOPARIS will assume the Client has exercised the return right and refund accordingly.

  ⇒  Colissimo Delivery:

Colissimo delivery is a service offered by La Poste under its terms of use. In case of absence and inability to leave the parcel with a guardian, the Client will receive a delivery notice and has 14 calendar days to collect it from the indicated post office. Otherwise, the order will be returned to COSMOPARIS, which will resend it at the Client's expense. Without response within 7 days of the reminder email, COSMOPARIS will consider the return exercised and refund according to the withdrawal conditions (see article 6-1).

⇒ Delivery to any of the 10,000 post offices in France chosen by the Client (without prior home delivery attempt).

The Client will be informed by email when the parcel is available for pickup within 10 business days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to COSMOPARIS.

  Delivery to one of the 5,500 partner stores near the Client’s home, work, or vacation location.

The Client will be notified by email and has 10 business days to pick up the parcel. After this period, the parcel will be returned to COSMOPARIS.

  Delivery to COSMOPARIS stores
The Client can choose free delivery to any COSMOPARIS store in metropolitan France, excluding department stores and outlet/stock stores. Average delivery time is 3–10 business days. Upon arrival, the Client receives an email notifying the parcel is ready. For pickup, the Client must present ID or, if collected by a third party, a photocopy of ID and authorization. Otherwise, the parcel cannot be collected.
The Client has 30 days to collect the parcel. After 30 days, the parcel will be returned to COSMOPARIS. The order amount will be fully refunded according to applicable banking processing times.
COSMOPARIS reserves the right to suspend this service at any time without notice, especially during sales, promotional events, or store closures.

9.6 Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the weight/volume of the parcel.

All fees are in euros (€), including all taxes and VAT at the rate applicable on the delivery date.

Fees are automatically calculated when a product is added to the cart for delivery in Continental France. The Client can review the fees and carrier.

Final shipping fees for other destinations are calculated after entering the postal code and before order validation.

Free shipping offers are valid only for orders shipped to Continental France with a minimum purchase of €180 for Relay Point delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The Client has 14 days from receipt of the order to return a product to a COSMOPARIS store free of charge or by mail.
  1. Return Service:
    We offer a simplified return service allowing you to easily return products from home.
  2. Eligibility Conditions:
    Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging).
  3. Return Procedure:
    • To initiate a return, go to your account on our website and follow instructions to generate a return label.
    • Carefully package the product and drop it off at a Chronopost or DHL partner point (outside France).

Return Fees:

For orders from our website, a flat return fee applies as follows:

  • Metropolitan France: €6,90

This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  1. Refund Processing:
    Once the returned product is inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
  2. Responsibility:
    If you experience issues with collection or tracking, please contact our customer service for assistance.

If you exercise your withdrawal right within the legal period and under the conditions above, shipping fees will be refunded.
