Terms and Conditions of Sale – Wholesale

Orders

Minimum order: 12 pairs per order, with a minimum of 6 pairs per color reference.

Orders should be placed with our Wholesale team by email or via our dedicated platform: https://www.cosmoparis.com/pages/espace-wholesale

Payment

For available stock: up to €2000 excl. tax: 100% payment upon shipment. Above this amount: please contact us.

For pre-orders: 20% deposit upon order.

Payment methods: bank transfer and credit card.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery available in mainland France and internationally.

Option 1 (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid): shipping and customs clearance costs are paid by the Customer to COSMOPARIS upon departure from the warehouse. COSMOPARIS handles the organization of transport and customs clearance formalities up to the agreed delivery point.

Option 2 (FCA – Free Carrier): goods are handed over to your designated carrier from our warehouses. Transport and customs clearance costs are your responsibility from the collection point.

Delivery Times

Shipping within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

The indicated times apply to available stock. For pre-orders, the availability date is specified on each product sheet.
